Elena Joy Miller

Elena is a performer, puppeteer, musician and facilitator who has been working predominantly with children and young people in the North East for over 15 years. Through a variety of arts activities offers, she strives to bring creativity, joy and playfulness to allow communication and connection and help people get a better sense of themselves and the world around them. She has seen first-hand how creativity has the power for change and empowerment through her work as a Clown Doctor on the children’s wards in hospitals and hospice settings in Newcastle. She is also an Associate Artist with Blue Cabin who facilitate creative activities for care-experienced children and their significant grown-ups. Elena is thrilled to be part of the TimbaDash Team and be part of their journey to provide high-quality, magical, meaningful and accessible performances for children with disabilities.
